Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Non-enclosed front garden with lawn, communal tennis court. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.7 miles, pub 1.3 miles. Note: The stairs in this property are steep and narrow and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: There are hens and ducks on the property, please keep your dog on a lead when outside. Note: Guests are welcome to use the private natural grassed area opposite the front door for children or dogs However, this space isn't enclosed. Note: Bring own rackets for tennis court.
