Location Details
The delightful Suffolk market town of Halesworth is full of character, with old buildings, a weekly market held on a Wednesday and a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, which are predominantly independent. The Halesworth Town Trail offers a walk through the town whilst learning about its history, whilst within easy reach is the gentle, undulating surrounding countryside, which is ideal for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers. The beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coastline features unspoilt heathlands and the RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve, whilst the internationally renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall, and the delightful coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are all within a short drive. With the cities of Ipswich and Norwich both within touring distance, Halesworth is an ideal location from which to discover Suffolk.

Absolutely amazing place steeped in history and beautifully restored to its original state. We spent a lovely week here. Lots of room everything catered for including a welcome cake & Prosecco. Spotlessly clean. Friendly owner and locals. My only very slight comment would be to supply a written history as it’s fascinating also some user instructions would be helpful as we had to work out how some of the equipment worked and also what to do with the rubbish. I’d highly recommend for family or friends getaway. Great to also have a games room.
