Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Sorry no unaccompanied teenagers. Note: If you wish the super-king-size to be made up as a twin please let us know.
Leiston is located in the heart of the Suffolk Heritage Coast and offers excellent links to the popular seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh. The town thrived by manufacturing steam tractors, and cast and machined metal products, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The town is now home to many of the workers of the nearby power plant, Sizewell, and is served well by an active leisure centre and the oldest purpose-built cinema in Suffolk, which today offers the latest digital 3D projection systems! The 14th century remains of Leiston Abbey lie northwest of the town and its high street has a good range of shops, banks, pubs, restaurants and takeaways, plus a Post Office and a library. RSPB Minsmere is a short drive away towards the coastline of the Suffolk Heritage Coast, which offers lovely walking opportunities through this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Lovely well equipped dog friendly cottage. Had a lovely mid week stop. The cottage has everything you could possibly need with a totally enclosed garden for the dog. Very comfortable stay. Would defo return
Great dog friendly accommodation, everything we needed, parking right outside gate, and within walking distance of High Street. The interior was decorated to a high standard and spotless. The sofas and beds were comfortable, and the garden was fully enclosed with a high fence which is great for the dogs. Close to multiple beaches, sizewell only a few minute drive away and Leiston Abbey ruins just down the road which is also dog friendly. The property is next to a centre so at some point you could hear music and instructors from the exercises classes etc and on some days there would be alot of cars coming and going. We very much enjoyed our stay at 7OGS and would recommend and book again.
Excellent property, spotlessly clean and in excellent decorative order. Three double bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs with an ensuite bathroom. Plenty of parking at the rear in the large car park. The garden was slightly overlooked by a commercial building although we saw no one there during our four night stay. Easy five minute walk into Leiston. There was a park nearby which was good for our dog and Sizewell Beach was just a 15 minute drive which again was good for dog walks.The garden was fully enclosed by a high fence. Very comfortable property and would book again.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
