Reviews
Do not book with them! We had been looking forward to a beautiful week in Rye with our small kids for months. But when we got there, Sykes had quietly cancelled on us four days before while we were already travelling and could not see the message. Foreign country, two crying kids, no place to stay, a nightmare. After much discussion on their service line, they offered us a place at double the price, one fifth the quality and not even an apology. But never again Sykes, they destroyed our holidays.
