Step outside the lodge and climb the stairs to the feature sky-deck to catch glimpses of the sun setting over the far-reaching countryside views before dipping into the bubbling hot tub, where you can truly unwind of an evening. Alternatively, head to the coastal town of Looe, where you can soak up the sun at the beach or for those feeling active visit the Adrenalin Quarry. Dobwells is a small village resting within Cornwall's countryside and is surrounded by open-fields, woodland, Bodmin Moor and the southern Cornish coastline. Within eight miles you will find the fishing harbours of Looe and Polperro, or you can take a trip to Siblyback Lake and enjoy sailing, fishing and watersports.

Location Details

The rural community of Dobwalls is located close to the market town of Liskeard, the slopes of Bodmin Moor, and the stunning north and south Cornish beaches. It is surrounded by open fields and forested countryside. The charming fishing harbours of Looe, Fowey, and Polperro are all within 15 miles of this location, making it the ideal starting point for exploring everything that the area has to offer. Padstow and the surfing beach at Polzeath are located on the North Coast, a leisurely drive away. Travel a little further and take advantage of the excellent trekking on Bodmin Moor, or head to Siblyback Lake and enjoy the fantastic sailing, fishing, and watersports on offer there. Within 15 miles of the Eden Project, Plymouth may be reached in 30 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train from the neighbouring Liskeard station. This is a fantastic getaway base because it has the Barbican harbour area, a renowned aquarium, and a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and theatres.
