Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a private decked terrace with hot tub and furniture. EV charging point. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair provided. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, this is pet-free, non-smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: Additional parking available nearby if required. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Take a trip to Siblyback Lake and enjoy the sailing, fishing and watersports on offer, or travel a little further and take advantage of walking on Bodmin Moor. The Eden project is within 15 miles and Plymouth is just a 30 minute drive away.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
