The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms include a double with TV and en-suite shower and two twins serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private wraparound decking area with furniture and a hot tub, communal lawn and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. 14 Faraway Fields is a delightful abode, perfect for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: There is additional parking on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Due to elevated terrace over lake and due to lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Although no pets are allowed at the property, the owner does occasionally bring a dog to the property. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties allowed. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Location Details

The rural community of Dobwalls is located close to the market town of Liskeard, the slopes of Bodmin Moor, and the stunning north and south Cornish beaches. It is surrounded by open fields and forested countryside. The charming fishing harbours of Looe, Fowey, and Polperro are all within 15 miles of this location, making it the ideal starting point for exploring everything that the area has to offer. Padstow and the surfing beach at Polzeath are located on the North Coast, a leisurely drive away. Travel a little further and take advantage of the excellent trekking on Bodmin Moor, or head to Siblyback Lake and enjoy the fantastic sailing, fishing, and watersports on offer there. Within 15 miles of the Eden Project, Plymouth may be reached in 30 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train from the neighbouring Liskeard station. This is a fantastic holiday base because it has the Barbican harbour area, a renowned aquarium, and a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and theatres.
