On the first floor there is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a mezzanine snug resting over the sitting area. Appliances include, an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. And for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, with a charge for the second pet. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn, patio and seating, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Hoppers Barn is a fabulous rural retreat with a stylish interior, perfect for a stay in this diverse part of the region. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

The place is lovely inside. It's very secluded and the lanes to it are ones I'd never want drive on again.the garden was very over grown and had not been maintained the owners did bring a landscape gardener to see it why we was there. One of my dogs had cut her paw on the brambles and was bleeding and she ran and jumped on the beds 2 of them as not no what to do. So was dirty paw prints as been raining and muddy outside .the owners have charged us £215 for two new sets of white bedding. £60 for for 2 sets of plain white pillow cases and the other £155 in 2 sets of plain white quilt covers .so please be aware that it's the owners proactive to not wash bedding if there's marks on and just buy new and bill you for it as we have found out.
