The apartment is in West House, which is set in large private grounds for everyone to enjoy. It benefits from sea views, a multi fuel stove, a large spacious living room and dining area and has ample private parking. ACCOMMODATION (OVER ONE FLOOR) FIRST FLOOR Living/dining room with TV/DVD, CD player, wood burning stove and chairs and sea views. Kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with single bed and pull out bed (suitable for a child only). Shower room with shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Communal grounds and a garden hut for storage. Electric night storage heaters. All power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Private parking for 2 cars. Strictly maximum of 3 adults only. Regret no freezer.
