Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. FIRST FLOOR Open plan living room/dining room with balcony, TV, DVD. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is parking for 2 cars. There is a small garden to the front and a large garden to the rear. All power, linen and towels included in the rent.
