With added benefits of private parking, a private patio area with seating, located only metres from the beach with sea views throughout, this cottage makes a great base to explore the Northumberland Coast. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance and stairs to the first floor Bedroom 2 with king-size bed (zip/link, can be twin on request), spacious seating area with doors leading out onto patio area and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area with sea views across the estuary Kitchen area with electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave Dining area with table and chairs. Lounge area with leather sofa and chairs, occasional table, TV and DVD Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 1 car. Electric vehicle charging point available at an additional supplement. Externally there is a small patio with table and chairs and the beach and estuary are 5 metres from the property. All power, linen and towels are included in the rent. Regret no pets. Can be booked in conjunction with Baysyde adjoining the property to sleep 8 in total.
