Benefitting from a great social open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area with log burning stove and a second lounge to the front of the property, this dog friendly cottage makes the perfect cosy family home for a break by the coast any time of the year. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hallway. Lounge to the front with comfy sofas and large TV. Open plan Kitchen / dining / lounge area. Kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, fridge and microwave with breakfast bar area. Dining area with table and chairs for 6 guests. Lounge area with comfy sofas, large TV and log burning stove. Patio doors with access to the rear garden. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with super king size zip link bed (can be set up as a twin on request) and TV. Bedroom 2 with double bed, TV and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Car park permit for 1 car (parking at the rear of the property). Large enclosed rear garden with decked area and garden furniture and 3 steps down to a large gravel area. Access from garden to parking at rear. Oil central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.

Location Details
A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
