OTHER FACILITIES There are key safes beside the front and rear entrances to facilitate easy access. There is parking for one car at the front of the property and one at the rear. The house has electric heating radiators throughout and a large hot water cylinder to ensure plentiful hot water. There is an outside tap and extendable washing line over a gravel and paved area leading to the gated enclosed patio area with table and chairs, summerhouse and shed. All power, fibre broadband connection, bed linen and towels included in the rent. There is a selection of DVD's, books, games and children's toys provided for the guest to use.
