ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance Lounge with comfy seating, TV and log burner. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer and microwave. Dining area with large table and chairs and access to the rear patio. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed and vaulted ceilings. Bedroom 2 with twin beds.. Family bathroom with bath and shower overhead, basin, heated towel rail and WC. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 1 medium size car. Enclosed patio with furniture to the rear of the property. Exclusive access to lockable outhouse to rear of cottage - suitable for storage of bikes, paddleboards etc. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. Starter pack for the log burning stove supplied between October and April. As of Jan 2023 - now accepting 1 dog, downstairs only please.
