As one of Boulmer’s original fisherman’s cottages it has been renovated and extended to accommodate three bedrooms. The front garden leads directly down to the rocks and beach, and there is also a large enclosed back garden. The cottage enjoys sea or farmland views from every aspect. There is a quiet pub next door that serves lunches and evening meals in attractive surroundings. GROUND FLOOR Living room spacious and wood panelled with log fire and TV/DVD player.
