Ashore is a very comfortable detached house which has a great location just behind the sand dunes, a few metres from the beautiful sandy beach and bay in Beadnell.

The property was very smelly, very dirty, over priced and in much need of money to be spent on it. The leather furniture in living room breaking up, dog hairs all over, sand on it and god knows what the sticky stuff was. Table and chairs on balcony broken. Shower screen in en-suite had come off runner plus on wrong side. Drain blocked with hair. Carpet in living area had crumbs and food in so not vacuumed. When I tried to vacuum, it made the smell worse. Kitchen area, used kebab stick, plaster, hair etc under table, plus dog bowl. Utility, had dog bowls, towels and poo scooper on work surface, it very hygienic. Notes in CAPS saying to use electricity sparingly. Really annoyed bearing in mind having what we had to put up with. The only thing going for it was its location.
