The Watch House is a wonderful, spacious property situated in a prime location overlooking the busy harbour in Seahouses and the Farne Islands. With magnificent views from the upstairs living room window, enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of a working harbour with the fishing boats bringing their catch in, lifeboat launches, and a wealth of bird life including the famous 'Cuddies Ducks' who bob about in the inner harbour. Having undergone recent renovations, The Watch House makes a lovely base for armchair bird watching and viewing the harbour, sea and Farne Islands. Excellent walks start on the doorstep with village amenities just a few minutes away and the property is ideally located on the Heritage Coastline and still within easy distance of the glorious countryside Northumberland also has to explore. A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
