Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. Shower room with shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite bath with over bath shower, WC and basin, French windows to conservatory. Bedroom 2 smaller with twin beds (2ft 6in suitable for children). Conservatory with comfortable seating and TV/DVD and iPod docking station. OTHER FACILITIES Patio with furniture. Oil central heating. All power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Private parking for 2 cars. Welcome tea tray with milk, biscuits and complimentary wine.
