This apartment is in a good location but needs an up date. The images on the listing must have been taken several years ago because the sofa in the images is now worn and uncomfortable. We have stayed in many self catering accommodations but this is the first time we have arrived somewhere and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom which bearing mind the nearest shop is 3-4 miles away is slightly disappointing and doesn’t give you a good impression to start off your stay. The worst aspect of this apartment was the sink in the kitchen which smelt terrible, so much so that we had to buy bleach to try and eradicate it. The kitchen sink tap wobbled when you used it and cold water came out of the hot tap. We were also not provided with washing up equipment and bearing in mind there is no dishwasher we thought this was poor. Although the over the bath shower provided plenty of hot water there was mould all around the edge of the bath. Outside the front door of the apartment one of the paving slabs was loose which could be dangerous. The outside area which is meant to accommodate both upstairs and downstairs apartments only has seating for 4 people and is accessed by leaving the apartment and walking round the back of the property. This could be a good apartment but needs a little bit of money spending on it and the owners need to improve their customer experience.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
