Tenby is a part of the breathtaking 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where the Gulf Stream warms the water and one of the sunniest counties in the UK is located. This charming town, which is surrounded by ancient walls, has a web of cobblestone lanes and is home to a variety of unique stores, an indoor market for locally sourced foods, tea rooms, and alluring eateries. While walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, the competitors of the renowned Tenby Iron-Man competition (held in mid-September) don't have time for it. Nearly three miles of beautiful, Blue Flag-awarded beaches offer a variety of watersports. You can see seals and puffins while travelling by boat to Caldey Island, where you can take in the beauty and peace of the monastery and island environment.
