The living areas in this single-storey cottage consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden, rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. You'll find a shop in 1.6 miles and a pub in 0.7 miles. Bimbling Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring Cornwall as a family. Note: For additional pets, please contact the owner. Note: The charging of electric cars is prohibited. Location Details
Illogan is a small, former tin-mining village located 2 miles from the sea and the magnificent beach at Portreath. It is nestled among fields and open farmland just south of Camborne. Ten miles distant are the towns of St. Ives and Penzance, which feature restaurants, art galleries, and charming harbours. The beaches on the North and South Coasts may be reached in a matter of minutes by car. A couple of the additional attractions dotted across this lovely area include the Flambards entertainment park, the Gweek seal sanctuary, and the Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station. an excellent starting point for a varied family vacation.

Wonderful stay at Bimbling Cottage that provides a wonderful base to explore the nearby attractions in Cornwall. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including lots of extra touches such as fans in the bedrooms, a selection of games and some lovely treats on arrival. The beds and bedding are also great - we all slept really well, and the hot tub is a wonderful and welcome addition to the wonderful views from the cottage. The location is very quiet and private, but only a few mins drive into Portreath. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short so missed out on the full stay - but we would certainly stay again - thanks Dani!!
A beautiful festive stay over Christmas 2023. Bimbling cottage is scenic, cosy and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for a getaway and close to a number of beaches. The hot tub is the perfect addition with views you can enjoy. The fact this place is dog friendly is a bonus and it even has a small front garden which is great. The neighbourhood is also very friendly! Thank you for making our stay memorable, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Bimbling cottage was a beautiful cottage, very modern, welcoming and very modern everything there for your needs, beds were very comfortable The seal sanctuary is a must to visit , cottage location is great with beautiful views. Highly recommended will definatly book to go again .
The cottage has everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday, comfy with wonderful views.There was an issue with the Wi-Fi whist we were there but the owners went over and above to sort the issue. Have booked again for next year.
Amazing place. Comfy and cozy situated in a picturesque country side. Lovely beaches, pubs and activities, all close by. Would definitely recommend and return :)
So, just returned from an incredible weekend at Bimbling cottage and wished we could have stayed for the week. The cottage itself is so beautiful with panoramic views of the countryside with lovely sunrise and sunsets. It's in such a good location with only the sounds of birds and breezes, it feels so relaxing and private with beautiful trees and shrubs in the meadows around you. Its honestly such a beautiful well equiped cottage it's a pleasure to stay in and enjoy it. Also very easy to get around from car to cottage, easy access in every respect. The beds are dreamy with beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet sets already on made up beds. Kitchen is great with everything you could possibly need to conjure up a lovely culinary feast for yourself and your family. I could go on forever with all the little creature comforts that the cottage offers as there are so many! Next stay will definitely be for longer Thank you Gary and Dani, you're amazing.
