Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, a front garden with a lawn and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a highchair is available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, this is smoke-free property. you can find a shop in 1 mile, a pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 1.6 miles. Note: Check-in from 3:30pm and check-out by 10am. Bedfelltan is a lovely escape near the seaside.

An Italian restaurant, riverside pub, and family-friendly sandy beach are in Talybont, and the area is ideal for coastal and hill trekking, cycling, sea and freshwater fishing, and all watersports. Barmouth has a huge family-friendly Blue Flag beach. The moderate climate and variety of stores, pubs, and restaurants make this a great holiday destination even off season.
