Location Details
Malborough is a charming community full of thatched houses, a flourishing post office, and a village shop as well as two great country pubs. About two miles separate you from the southernmost town in the South Hams, Salcombe, a popular sailing destination. Salcombe's stunning coastline makes it a wonderful place to go sailing, participate in other water activities, go for a walk along the shore, or just relax in the sun. Visit the nearby country estates and gardens, or take a trip to the charming market town of Kingsbridge, where you can people-watch and learn about the local fauna. Alternately, Dartmoor is about 15 miles away and features vast fields and craggy tors. A wonderful holiday spot with enough to do.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

We had a lovely stay at Sou West at the end of May, beautiful views and lots of space in the house, lovely new kitchen and appliances. Only 1 min from hope cove which we popped down to for the beach each day. (Family of 4 with 5 year old children)
