The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, dining area with dining seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric stove-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and two doubles, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with decking and furniture,parking permit for public car park for 1 car. Additional parking can be purchased on arrival. Within 0.1 miles you will find both a shop and pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two highchairs and two cots are also available. Kilrenny is a lovely base for a family getaway in Northumberland.

Location Details
A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
Reviews
Not easy to find, had to walk past next door conservatory to find the door. Didn't feel "clean and fresh", on entry. outside table dirty, long grass, dust on all lamps, cobwebs on ceiling lamp shade. Shelf on fridge door broken and fell off, welcome pack not as shown, just sachets of milk and few biscuits, the light switch in kitchen area not working, and the gas bottles ran out so no hot water or heating for our last day. Electric fire in lounge area plugged into a trailer socket!? Not the standard I have had before with Sykes Cottages. The beds were very clean as was the bathroom, but downstairs not cleaned properly and dog hairs all over. (Not from our dog!) Seahouses is a lovely place and enjoyed rhe area.
