There is one king-size bedroom with TV, freestanding bath and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a private front terrace with furniture, roadside parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis and a council car parking nearby with weekly permit available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Seaspray is a lovely base for a romantic getaway in East Anglia. Note: No children. Location Details
Sheringham began as a little fishing community on the coast of North Norfolk, but after the railroads arrived there in 1887, it flourished and developed into a well-liked holiday destination. Sheringham has received accolades from Britain in Bloom, Anglia in Bloom, and Best Coastal Resort in addition to 10 consecutive European Blue Flags for the cleanliness of its beach. Enjoy strolling along the East or West promenades, which have a beach with a silver-pebbled shoreline leading to golden beaches with rock pools and streams adjacent to ochre cliffs, local fishing boats, and an RLNI lifeboat station with museum, as well as sea vistas with blue skies and red sunsets. The "Little Theatre," which is open all year long, a model boating lake, coastal parks with seating, a steam railway, golfing, amusement arcades, and fish & chip restaurants with locally caught fish are further attractions in this charming, traditional seaside town.

Delightful cosy little cottage, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Very near the seafront and amenities. That said, I too don’t think it is totally dog “friendly”. A tiny area at front of the property is not suitable for a pet to roam. (Most dog’s require a grass area). Owner’s request no dogs upstairs or on the furniture and you have to vacuum throughout prior to leaving as well as strip the bed and get all your luggage out before “cleaner” arrives at 9:30am! A few things for owners to follow up on:- 1. A non slip mat is required in the shower. 2. Shower fan needs attention (steam not extracted) 3. More than half a loo roll would be helpful for a week’s stay. 4. 2 hand towels would be useful.
