First-floor decked terrace with corner sofa and loungers. First-floor rear patio with additional seating and charcoal BBQ. 2 well behaved dogs permitted. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub within 0.3 miles. Note: There are 37 steps up to the property, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a step up in the ground-floor bathroom.

A popular destination for exploring Devon at any time of year, Salcombe is a beautiful coastal town with plenty of amenities and attractions to keep guests entertained. There are two beaches within the town, perfect for a day of family fun, or visit the National Trust property of Overbeck's with its subtropical gardens. Roam the South West Coast Path for magnificent scenery, or travel further afield to discover the excitement of Paignton.
