The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with TV, in additional to access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, both with en-suite bathrooms. Outside there is a private front decking area with furniture, access to shared gardens and parking for two cars. Within 1.1 miles you will find a shop, within 1.6 miles, a pub and within 0.8 miles, the River Dart and please note that one well-behaved pet (at an additional fee) is welcome but sorry, no smoking.
