Single-storey. Three bedrooms: 1 x four-poster king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size with Smart TV (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x double. Wet room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Beach house with table and chairs, sofa, hot tub changing bench and tumble dryer

Enclosed rear garden with decking and garden furniture, lawn and covered decking with furniture and hot tub, beach house with furniture. Gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.4 miles and beach 0.8 miles. Note: There are a few steps down into the garden, please take care. Note: The driveway needs to be reversed onto from the black post. Additional parking is available on the lane if required. Black sliding gate for access. Please note: can you make Sykes aware on 01244 345700 if the king-size bed needs to be made into twins
Location Details
The beachfront community of Carbis Bay, which is only a short drive from famous St. Ives, is well-known for its stunning stretch of fine, white sand. There are family-friendly activities nearby, including golf and a wildlife sanctuary, in the quayside town of Hayle. Easily accessible from Carbis Bay, the Godrevy Natural Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast offer even more opportunities for outdoor and watersports enthusiasts to engage in activities like coasteering and birdwatching.
