Not overwhelmed, a few problems nice lounge and kitchen and master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are ok if you are a midget the ceiling height coming up the stairs is terrible although I knew I banged my head on the ceiling numerous times and I and only 5ft 7 inchs, also not suitable for children or older persons, the stair treads going to attic are too narrow you have to walk sideways up or down. their is no handrail from ground floor to 1 st floor which does not conform to rental law. also going down to the kitchen their is nothing to stop you falling into the tiled kitchen it is open without safety rails so this is a definite contravention of rental law. the single room in attic has a bed and a sloping roof, and a wooden chair no cupboards or drawers, so suitcase on floor. no terrestial TV because no ariels on TVs.
