Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and wine chiller, and for entertainment, a selection of books and games, and two Smart TVs. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, and enclosed rear terraced garden with hot tub, 2 patios, furniture, outdoor kitchen with fridge, and, off-road parking for three cars and roadside parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot. This is a smoke-free and pet-free home. Escape to Conwy's coastline at Abbey Lodge. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care. Note: The property can sleep a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children (in the futon bed).
