The living areas in this four-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a lower-ground-floor snug and a lower-ground-floor games room. Appliances include a Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and wine chiller, and for entertainment, there's two Smart TVs, a DAB radio, PlayStation, arcade games and a pool table. The bedrooms all have Smart TVs and en-suites, and consist of five king-size and two twin rooms. Outside there is a multi-level garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. For a fabulous base for a family break to Devon, book Bradley House. Note: The garden is multi-level and unsuitable for those with limited mobility; children should also be supervised.

I expect holiday rentals to be quite basic but this house was finished to the highest standard inside and out it was simply perfect the beds were so very comfortable the bed linen and towels were beautiful quality the kitchen diner as divine I had top floor rear bedroom and it was beautiful, I have read comments about skylights keeping people awake but I never even noticed it the fixtures and fittings are first class the only trouble is you won't want to leave, we were a family group of 14 and we had everything all of us needed, I absolutely loved it.
