Holcombe is a small, rural village resting in Somerset, between the villages of Edford and Charlton in the South of England. Home to the Holcombe Farmshop & Kitchen, and The Holcombe hotel and pub, visitors can locate the essentials, whilst further amenities lie in Midsomer Norton and Radstock. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the countryside setting of the village, resting near Fairy Cave Quarry and the Silver Street Local Nature Reserve, whilst the Mendip Hills AONB, the Cranborne Chase AONB, and the Cotswolds AONB are all within easy reach by car, worth packing your walking boots and gear for. With Bath nearby, attractions are plentiful, including The Roman Baths, Parade Gardens, National Trust - Prior Park Landscape Garden, Bath Racecourse, and The Jane Austen Centre, or remain in the countryside to tour The Bishop's Palace & Gardens, Wookey Hole Caves, and Ebbor Gorge National Nature Reserve.

Wow, an amazing place to stay. Spotless with everything you could possibly need. We loved the huge kitchen diner. They also provided sugar, coffee and tea, along with a bottle of Asti in the fridge and ice. Lots of little thoughtful extras like variety of herbs and spices, ice packs, dishwasher tablets, hairdryer in bedroom, extra blankets, iron and ironing board. The snug was amazing with x box and asortment of games. The games room had a pool table that flipped over to a air hockey table on the otherside (great fun). The games room also had a large collection of board games and puzzles and a speaker you could connect to your mobile to play music in any room. There was a hot tub in the garden room aswell. I think the owners have really spent alot of time and effort to make sure they provided everything needed for our comfort and entertainment.
