A travel cot and highchair are available please request at time of booking. Ample off-road parking for four cars. Enclosed courtyard, patio furniture, barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: If you wish a travel cot and highchair to be available please request at time of booking. Note: If you wish to bring a dog please inform us at time of booking (2 maximum). Note: Sorry no unaccompanied teenagers. Note: This property only accepts Friday & Monday arrivals.

Location perfect, pub down the road, walking distance to beach. That's where the good stuff ends. The beds were damp to the point of sticking to our legs when we got in. We contacted the housekeeper whose response was "there is a tumble dryer"! Not the answer we we're expecting, and it takes a long time to tumble dry 3 sets of king size bedding including quilts and pillows! My son and his wife slept with the throws from the sofas over them! We planned to leave the bedding to air over the towel rail in the en suite bathroom when we went out the following day, however the towel rail did not work. We ended up using the hairdryer to get it to a point where we could (almost) sleep. We contacted the owner who told us she had just got back from Spain, and she was going to a wedding and therefore would not be able to help until Monday. We were going home on Monday! This is not great customer service and this significantly impacted our stay. Before leaving this review, I asked the owner to consider a partial refund to reflect our inconvenience but she has said no. I am therefore left with no alternative but to alert others to this problem. There appears to be a significant issue with damp in part of the property which needs addressing. Unfortunately, despite giving the owner constructive feedback, they are not willing to engage.
