Location Details
This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Not only does the town have a rich history but much more, the high street is laced with charming Cotswold stone buildings with a range of shops and pubs. Nearby there are several beautiful, formal gardens for you to wander through. Chipping Campden has held its own 'Olimpick Games' since the early 1600s including peculiar sports such as 'shin-kicking', most certainly worth lining your holiday up with to experience something so unique. For a dose of famous history, head to the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon just 12 short miles away, it offers some charming little buildings, bookshops, theatres and museums.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Just some items to solve in the future. If possible, mention on your website that there will be buildingworks going on behind the cottage, not only for the noise but also they look straight into the cottage bedrooms and bathroom as the shutter in the upstairs hallway won't stay closed. The floortiles are loose which makes some noise especially at night. The little doornob behind the toilet will not stay on and falls off, also the toiletseat needs fastening or replacing. In the shower there is quite a lot of limescale on showerhead and glass door. Downstairs the plaster is falling off the wall just before the stairs and behind the sofa and television Of the 4 spotlights above the kitchen worktop and door entry 3 are not working, the inside of the fridge door could use some attention too... Maybe check freezer too. Front door hangs down which makes opening/closing sometimes hard, maybe fix bottom hinge. There is no smaller wood for the woodburner.
