To the outside is an enclosed garden and roadside parking, whilst there is also an external utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and within 0.4 miles there is a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent and please note this is a pet-friendly property but there is no smoking. Maes Y Ffynnon is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year.

The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks. With its proximity to such a wide range of destinations, Nefyn makes a superb base for a break.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
