Reviews

Strikingly attractive home that is immaculately presented inside and out. Comfortable furnishings all round and a spacious kitchen diner for family meals…..and it’s right across the road from a lovely country pub called ‘Ye Old Red Lion’ so what’s not to like?! The second pub in the village, the ‘Blacksmith’s Arms’, were even kind enough to arrange a Spain win in the Euro ‘24 final when the men headed along there to watch Friendly and unobtrusive owners on call if needed and who provided a cracking wee welcome pack in the kitchen for our arrival - which included their own, fresh farm eggs that were kindly replenished during our week there. Indeed, we had a Tesco delivery from nearby Market Weighton scheduled for just after our arrival but delays on the A66 meant we were running late so they even ensured that they were around to take the delivery and unpack it for us. Now that IS going above and beyond Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
