Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, two pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bay Tree Lodge is a splendid retreat to Cumbria, whatever time of year.

The village features pretty streamside walks, quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, a charming gift shop, welcoming, traditional pubs serving real ale, the nationally acclaimed, Michelin Star awarded L'Enclume restaurant, and the Cartmel Village shop, which sells the famous sticky toffee pudding.
