The advert states dog friendly secure garden. The outside area is not dog secure. Our 2 working cocker spaniels got under the gate and down the drive onto the main lane ( lucky not a main road) Next door to the hut there was a field where the owners kept their pet sheep. Again this was not secure. Lucky our dogs are friendly but obviously not fair on the sheep. My partner spoke to the owners who recommended that we put are dogs on stakes. Really in an area with no shade and temperatures of 27 degrees. We stated that we would only stay the one night and she agreed to refund us for the 2nd night. 2 months later and sending my bank details 4 times but still not received the refund
