Very clean and comfortable. Cozy and good facilitys. Sue was very welcoming as were her three dogs. Only criticism would be the mattress wasn't overly comfortable. Would also be an idea to have some milk in fridge upon arrival for guests however wasn't a major issue as supermarkets down the road. Would definitely stay again. :)
