Cartmel Old Grammar consists of a commercial kitchen equipped with two electric range cookers with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining room/bar with seating for eighteen guests, a sitting room, a snug with woodburning stove and two bars. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with TV and en-suite accessible wet room, seven king-size with TV and en-suite shower room and a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom. Outside there are enclosed, shared rear gardens with lawn and a terrace with furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
