Grey Walls is set over three floors and consists of a first-floor kitchen equipped with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher, a first-floor dining room with seating for nine guests, a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove and a first-floor snug, there is also an additional fridge and freezer on the ground floor. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with TV, a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with TV, a small second-floor double and a second-floor twin, serviced by a bathroom and first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Grey Walls is a wonderful escape for your next holiday in Cumbria. Note: The steps up to the first floor are quite steep. Note: The small double is only suitable for one guest.

Reviews
This is the fourth year we have stayed here. You cannot fault the location and views but the property is in need of some update. We couldn’t use the wardrobe in the bedroom as it was all mouldy. The floorboard in the passage needs replacing, you felt as though you could fall in. There was a leak at the main door into the conservatory and one of the paving stones on the steps out was loose. The carpets need replacing…..l could go on and on…..
