Reviews

The bungalow made you feel at home and it is in a nice location. We had a warm and friendly welcome given by the owner, and had a lovely week here. We would be happy to come again.

Breve Rest was a home from home! This was our second visit to the bungalow and we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Another good week spent at our favourite holiday home. We shall be booking to return at least once during 2016.

Rated by Mr Milnes reviewed on 7th May 2015

The bungalow was beautiful, a real home from home. We had a nice welcome and the owners rang us to find out if everything was OK. The bungalow was spotless and very comfortable.

We think the fact that we have now stayed at Breve Rest four times in just over two years says it all. Our first stay at Breve Rest was our first ever cottage holiday and in spite of staying in several cottages in various parts of the UK since, this lovely bungalow in Abergele gets our top rating. Thanks to our hosts for everything and for the warm welcome.

The bungalow is a wonderful home from home. The bungalow is of a very high standard and was spotlessly clean and warm and welcoming. With 2 disabled parents it was great to have all the facilities available for them to feel safe and welcome. It is ideally situated for visiting anywhere in North Wales. Would highly recommend to family and friends and are already considering a return visit.

A good location, nice garden and fully equipped bungalow - feels like a home away from home.

Rated by Dr Niho reviewed on 1st September 2014

Breve Rest was excellent. It struck us that the owner and the manager couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable holiday which we did, a very relaxing week.

Rated by Mrs Duffin reviewed on 24th August 2014

A convenient location, great weather and an ideal base for seeing many places. This was our second time to visit and we would not hesitate going back in the future.

Rated by Mr Stewart reviewed on 26th July 2014

The location was so quiet; just what we wanted. The cottage itself was unbelievable - everything you could ever want and more. This property without a doubt is the best one we have ever rented in the 10 years we have been touring Great Britain.

Rated by Mrs Pearce reviewed on 12th May 2014

The accommodation is in a nice quiet location, with easy access to all resorts in North Wales. The bungalow was in excellent condition. A real home from home.

The location was excellent to use as a base for exploring North Wales. The property itself was faultless and the extra bonus was the exceptional weather we had during the week we stayed here.

Rated by Mrs Hardwicke reviewed on 16th July 2013

Another enjoyable stay in this lovely property located in a quiet cul de sac. Wine and chocolates on arrival a nice touch which was much appreciated. Good to have a friendly and helpful local keyholder available. Expect to return later in the year.

Ideal for visiting the North Wales area. The bungalow is homely, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were made very welcome, and the key-holder was helpful and informative about good pubs and restaurants. It's in a quiet location, handy for the coastal resorts. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely property, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Will definitely go back, and have already recommended it to friends who have booked for later in the year.

There were many thoughtful additions and altogether we got more than we expected.

Rated by Mr Ross reviewed on 24th July 2012

A very well equipped and spacious property in a quiet residential location. The garden was a lovely private sun trap. A nice welcome from the owners and we were left a bottle of wine, chocolates and lots of little extras. We really enjoyed our weekend and the weather was good too. We would highly recommend this property.

Returned from a short break, at Breve Rest, yesterday. I have never written a review before about anywhere but we felt as though we should share this place with everyone. Breve Rest, a beautifully appointed bungalow, is well situated on a very quiet estate on the outskirts of Abergele, within very easy reach of all the town has to offer. The bungalow is disabled friendly, which suited both my wife and my father, with handrails all around the property, walk in shower of above average size and many other considerations. The kitchen is very well appointed and extremely clean, as is the whole of the property. There are TV's in every room with a DVD library and CDs. All in all we felt extremely comfortable whilst here and will definitely return. We have already recommended it to many of our friends and family and would definitely recommend it to anyone else
