The house was in good location for the town and big enough to accommodate large families without falling over each other. All bedrooms were very comfortable with nice clean bedclothes, overall a very comfortable house.

The house had a very homely feel and lots of little touches to make it special - piano, games, DVD's. The gentleman who met us at the property also made us feel especially welcome.

Great property in a good location. Plenty to do for the kids around Llandudno. The owner was very pleasant, and it was really nice to have a welcome pack on arrival. We will re-visit this property in the near future.

Highgate was a very well presented property. It is very well equipped from the utensils in the kitchen, to the quality of the bed linen! The very high quality room furnishings made the holiday fantastic. This is one of the best property we have stayed in! The power shower is amazing. The views from the house are great! With a complete secure garden and children's play area, comfortable lounge with open fire and films galore this house cannot fail but to impress!

Great accommodation, the pictures do not do justice. Excellent condition, really nice gardens with swings and toys for the kids. About 15-20 mins walk to main promenade which works well. A great place to stay - thanks to the owner for the continuous communication and help.

We walked to the beach every day and used the house as a perfect base to explore the area.
