Outstanding Cottage, views and location. The owners were very helpful, one of the best cottages we have stayed in.
Had a fantastic week in a lovely relaxing atmosphere, a wonderful location and great hosts. My partner and I loved it as did the dog, none of us wanted to leave. Cannot recommend it more highly.
The whole time we spent in this cottage we felt at home, everything we needed and more was provided. The views from the cottage are great, with green fields with cattle grazing and buzzards over head. The owners have made this little cottage a tranquil retreat.
The views from the small conservatory were stunning, and the garden was great for our Westie. We especially loved all the attention to detail that had been put into the lovely cottage. We would definitely recommend this to anybody.
The sun room/conservatory was a lovely room to eat and relax in. A peacefully relaxing break in an ideal place to tour the area and watch the buzzards circling overhead.
The owners were very friendly & helpful. Could not find fault in this beautiful place, it was a perfect place with a lovely safe garden for a dog to play. Had very peaceful walks from the door, but was a brilliant location for walking in Snowdonia & Anglesey.
The cottage was perfect for us and our dog; we could not fault a thing. The location was peaceful and the property had a lovely safe garden for our small dog to be in. The owners were so welcoming and helpful to us if we wanted to know anything. The views were outstanding and we were close to all the walks we wanted.
A lovely little cottage in the small village of Pentir which is close to the mountains of Snowdonia and the beaches of North Wales and Anglesey. This property had all the ammenities and facilities required for our holiday. It has an enclosed garden, which was ideal for our two spaniels, it also has off road parking. The owners Moyra & Barry were great hosts and nothing was any troble for them. We would go back especially in the summer when the weather is warmer.
Lovely cottage in a beautiful peaceful setting but only a short drive to many great places. The owner is a lovely host, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Would definitely visit again!
A very nice cottage clean and tidy and also dog friendly.Nice enclosed garden also conservatory with views.Plenty of walks in the area and a short drive to Llanberris ,Bangor and Angelsey .Barry and Moyra are also very helpful .A very nice place to stay
This property was perfectly placed for visiting Snowdonia, Anglesey and the N Wales coast. The sunsets seen from the property were amazing! The owners of the cottage were helpful and we appreciated the "Welcome" received with milk, tea and fruit and a wonderful vase of lilies.
A lovely cottage in a lovely area close to many places. The owners were very helpful. It is dog friendly with an enclosed garden.
A wonderful cottage and the holiday hosts were lovely. A quiet and tranquil home-from-home.
Liked everything, from the very warm welcome given by the Hosts, to the beautiful cottage and the "welcome pack" of essentials. The fact that the hosts were always on hand for help, advice and suggestions. The proximity of the cottage to so many attractions was a bonus and the fact that there were dog friendly places all around. We went to celebrate our Pearl Anniversary and can honestly say that in those 30 years we have never stayed anywhere better. We will be happy to recommend to others and to return when possible. A massive thank you to the owners for their kind attention throughout.
A well presented cottage, comfortable and clean. Good, secure and safe garden for pets. It is close to the seaside, walks and activities. We would highly recommend this cottage.
This is a great cottage in the perfect location for exploring Snowdonia and Angelsey. It was extremely comfortable and very well equipped, with the added bonus of a conservatory which was fantastic for relaxing in whilst having breakfast and then watching the amazing sunsets at the end of the day. Highly recommended for birdwatchers, walkers and any couple just wanting to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The owners were very welcoming, the garden was well kept and I enjoyed the whole holiday.
The cottage was well maintained and suited our needs for a base. It was central to all local attractions and places of interest we chose to visit.
We loved being able to come and go as we please, being able to let our collies and not worrying about them getting out the gate. Loved the compactness of the little cottage and how everything fitted. Loved the location and the owners who were very helpful and welcoming.
Owners were courteous and helpful. Nice and tranquil setting.
The location is excellent, situated away from the main roads in a fantastic quite cottage. The décor, and general appearance is beautiful.
The cottage was well located to visit some lovely places. The owners nice and friendly. Peaceful with a lovely garden. We had a lovely time and would definitely return for a second visit.
The owners made us welcome and were very helpful. It was a peaceful location with easy access to local facilities.
The quiet location and the warm rooms with the lovely flowers and fruit that welcomed us. It's so well-placed for exploring Anglesey and the mountains of Snowdonia. We'd love to go back again if and when the occasion permits, and we will recommend it to our relatives.
We were made very welcome and the area we visited was fantastic.
The owners where very nice and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will certainly return for a longer stay .
Very comfortable, clean cottage with welcoming owners. Max (dog) was welcome too. We liked seeing this part of Wales again, previous visit over 20 years ago.
We were made very welcome by the owners and the accommodation was ideal. The weather was perfect. I would go back for another holiday.
A very pleasant quiet situation.
The owners of the property were very attentive and helpful. The property was situated in a secluded and quiet area. We were very impressed with the property and friendliness of the owners.
Great cottage and great for dogs. Good all round. You are made very welcome by owners. Will visit again.
The cottage was beautiful, very well presented and with stunning views. The owners were so friendly, and helpful, in fact nothing was too much trouble for them. Many thanks to them.
Great location for exploring North Wales. A very warm welcome - finishing touches by owners of milk in fridge and beautiful fresh lilies in lounge.
A pleasant stay in a pleasant location.
Very pleasant owner. Only 30 mins drive to anywhere in North Wales. Patio and garden were well sheltered from the gales which we had. If you have small dogs the garden was great. There is no way the dogs can get out.
The owners of the cottage were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The personal touches in the cottage, such as fruit and flowers, made it a home from home.
The location of the cottage was perfect for walking.
A very dog friendly cottage and garden with friendly hosts. Better than expected location, it was absolutely stunning! Very central for getting to interesting places but also remote with immediate mountain access outside the garden gate. Nice modern kitchen and the cottage was lovely and warm.
Pleasant owners. Nice, small, comfortable cottage, secluded but everywhere easy to get at from the location itself. Would love to use again. If this is typical of Sykes arranged accommodation then I'm well impressed! Thank you for your service; diolch yn fawr!!!
Beautiful countryside with lovely views from the cottage patio. The owner had put a pint of milk in the fridge and there was also tea, coffee, sugar condiments etc available for use.
An excellent property; good value for money. A perfect location for a holiday. Everything was perfect.
Our holiday at Ty Newydd Bach was very enjoyable. The cottage was of a very high standard of cleanliness, and you could not wish to meet two more friendly and helpful people than the owners.
Very good, clean, well equiped, friendly. And very good location for non car driving immediate access to mountainous terrain. Also good location for getting to local places plus good view
The cottage was brilliant for two people. in idyllic surroundings and so close to so many places to visit. A lot of thought and care had gone into preparing the cottage with many homely touches. Just one nitpick - the couch was a little short for tall people.
Although the property was a little off the beaten track, it more than made up for it. The accommodatiion was ideal with every mod con provided. If the weather had been a little kinder we would have made full use of the outside facility to sit and look at the views across to Angelsey and enjoy a nice glass of wine, however it was an ideal place for easy access to the surrounding countryside and a cottage we would recommend to anyone to visit.
Lovely walks straight from the door. Excellent secure garden for the dog and the owner very accommodating to our needs without being intrusive. Cosy and remote, yet near to the coast and Anglesey and very quiet.
Property was exactly what we required, peaceful and secluded.
All the additional details within the cottage really made it home from home.
Wales is a beautiful country, I adored it all. Even the locals where friendly. The local pub served superb food. A big thanks to the owners.
The location of the cottage was excellent. The cottage itself was well equipped with great attention being paid to detail for making us feel welcome. The terrace and garden were also very well thought out. It was fantastic!

Very relaxing setting.Very well equipped cottage.Fruit and flowers and pint of milk a nice touch.Very comfortable bed.
The location of the cottage was brilliant as there were a lot of places near by to explore. The cleanliness of the cottage was also very pleasant as well as the the owners consideration towards recycling.
The fact that we were able to 'come and go' made it feel like home from home. It is an ideal place from which to explore North Wales and also if the weather is inclement it's a nice place to escape the 'rat race'. We were greeted on arrival, told all we needed to know and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We would certainly recommend this to our friends.
The cottage and gardens was exceptionally well suited even for our two small Jack Russell dogs, with fantastic views and was in sunshine from morning until sunset. The quality of the property was far beyond the standard we expected. We would definitely recommend.
Ease getting around from this location.
The cottage is an ideal place for a couple (with a dog) to have a holiday. It has a good sized, secure, and well appointed garden. The lounge has patio doors that lead out onto a raised deck, where the views of the sunset over the Welsh countryside are spectacular. An ideal place to relax or use as a base to explore Snowdonia. My wife and I hope to return.
We enjoyed our stay at the property and would recommend it to anyone.
