This country home-from-home is set on the private Iscoyd Park estate in the quiet hamlet of Agden, near to Whitchurch, and makes a fabulous base for families looking to explore the delights of Cheshire, Shropshire and North Wales. Accessed down a well-made track, you enter the cottage into the kitchen, complete with a selection of appliances including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and a handy washing machine and dryer.. Walk on through to discover the dining room and sitting room, boasting a character feel with exposed beams and an alluring open fire for cosy nights on the sofa. Those with limited mobility can choose the ground-floor double bedroom which benefits from a generous en-suite shower room with Jack-and-Jill access to the dining room. The outdoor enthusiasts of the group can look forward to plenty of walking and cycling opportunities throughout the Cheshire/Shropshire/Welsh border, particularly along the Shropshire Union and Llangollen Canals which offer charming rural waterways for much of its length.
