Mill Cottage is a mid-terraced cottage on an organic farm three miles from Aberaeron. The cottage has two doubles, one with an en-suite, and a bunk room. There is a family bathroom, a cloakroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ, and shared grounds including a games barn, large grassed area and play area, and fishing lakes. Mill Cottage makes an ideal family base for enjoying the walking, cycling, beaches and villages of the area.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and Hot Tub. Shared use of large lawned area with children's play area. Shared use of lake fishing (catch and release). Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage accessed down lane, some of which is not tarmaced so not suitable for low suspension vehicles. Note: Property does not provide any towels for hot tubs.
Location Details
Aberaeron is a small town on the coast of Mid Wales, near Cardigan and Aberystwyth. Aberaeron has an attractive harbour, and a variety of shops and tearooms. There is also a pebble beach. From Aberaeron you can enjoy cycling, walking and discovering the region's many craft centres and museums.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The cottage was lovely with stunning views for miles. The location meant it was very quiet. The cottage had everything you needed and the owners were helpful. We would certainly recommend this cottage.

The whole family really enjoyed our week long stay at Mill Cottage, one of the Lanlas Farm holiday cottages in Ciliau Aeron, near Aberaeron, Wales. We were lucky enough to also view the main Farm house which is fantastic. and would recommend this as a holiday to anyone who would like to experience a quiet country holiday with all the modern facilities close to hand. The young couple who run the farm have done a great job setting up the rentable options and they offered us everything we needed during our stay. I loved the fresh vegetables and eggs which are sold onsite via a honesty box. Although set up amongst the hill top farm this holiday setting is only minutes drive to Ciliau Aeron, and approx. 8 minutes to Aberaeron which has all the required shops and amenities to hand. Newquay and Aberystwyth are also close enough to travel to. Ideal setting for families, couples, cyclists, hikers etc.
We would love to go back sometime in the future - kids loved it, we loved it..didn't want to leave.
Well equipped cottage. Secure garden for dogs and toddler. Great play area. Barn with games for teens. We would have liked to be in walking distance of a pub with food but enjoyed our stay anyway.
The cottage was clean and very comfortable. It was very spacious for 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. The children loved the games room and the adults loved the location, especially the beautiful view from the patio. The owners were very friendly and we felt at home straight away.
A beautiful cottage, beautiful views and a lovely welcome from the owners. In excellent order and lots of little extras added.
Toddler, teenage boys and our dogs all catered for. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.
