This pleasant cottage sits in an idyllic position at the foot of a beautiful hillside, with the Long Mynd to one side and Caradoc to the other. Guests will find three spacious bedrooms, a large sitting room with the novelty of a piano for the musically-minded, plus a kitchen with fantastic facilities. The enclosed rear garden offers inviting views across Caradoc Hill, and is wonderful for a relaxing afternoon after a day spent exploring beautiful, surrounding Shropshire. Within two minutes’ walk is the centre of this delightful historic town, which offers a large variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and one of England’s highest golf courses. This welcoming cottage occupies a fantastic location for enjoying the scenic walks and cycle rides that the area is famous for. This was a very spacious bungalow in a good position for the town, it was very quiet at all times. We could walk from the door to a variety of places; the shops were really near with a great antique centre to wander round on a wet day. There were lots of lovely walks and good road links. A fantastic place to stay, we can't wait to go back again.
We were very impressed with every aspect of the cottage and its surroundings, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time relaxing in it and around the town of Church Stretton. We will be back!
The cottage was warm and inviting, far bigger than we expected from the photographs, well stocked kitchen, beautiful lounge and dining area, easily accommodated our extended family over New Year. Really comfy beds, all in all, excellent.
The position of the property is excellent - for the town for walking and for catching the bus or train to other parts of the county. The bungalow is dog friendly, very comfortable and roomy.
The property felt like a home. We loved everything about it, many thoughtful touches.

Sunny Corner was an absolutely perfect base for our holiday. The bungalow is in a lovely quiet cul de sac and was deceptively spacious and well equipped. We were lucky enough to have lots of sun and the bungalow certainly lived up to its name! There are lovely shops and pubs nearby and in the wider surrounding area. We absolutely couldn't fault this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

Sunny Corner has a lovely, homely feel and not just a holiday rental place. The piano was an extra delight. We would love to visit again.

A lovely spacious bungalow; well furnished and fitted out with ample parking on the drive for 3 cars. It had a good secure garden with an excellent sitting out area for 6 people and a BBQ. The beauty of the Shropshire hills and countryside were indeed a joy to behold.
The house was in an excellent situation; close to all amenities in Church Stretton yet quiet and secluded with lovely views. We were a group of 6 adults, with 3 cars and bikes and there was ample space for us and our equipment. The property was very clean and well-planned as a holiday home.
