We stayed here as a family to celebrate parent anniversary, it sound a perfect place on the website but how wrong were we, the place was dirty and in need of a upgrade, outside bins were overflowing, with seagulls & flies all around, we did phone the agent but nothing was done, Think twice before booking this place we were left very disappointed !

What can we say, but stunning house with amazing views, We had 6 adults and 7 children with us, all different ages, they also loved the house, plenty of toys games etc for them. They loved watching the sheep running around in the fields. Everything was clean and tidy I will be booking this house again for another family holiday Plenty of places to visit around this area The owner was lovely Thank you amazing time

A beautiful location and a potentially lovely property. We had several issues with the description given. The property has 1 en-suite shower room. 1 bathroom and 1 tiny shower room containing hoover, ironing board and several mops - our photo is very different from the one shown by Sykes. There is only ONE full bathroom! We never found a utility area. If you do have 13 guests as this property was sold to us, 2 people have the very uncomfortable bed settee- a 2 inch mattress! Using this takes the sitting room with the television out of action. This room is flooded with light from dawn as the conservatory has no blinds. Person13 has a garden lounger no idea where there is space for this! The cottage garden consists of a small patio, a hot tub in full view of neighbours opposite and shingle parking for 2 cars. The crockery consists of a motley collection of leftovers. We have pointed out these issues to Sykes and kept photos and copies of the original description. We have not been offered a satisfactory explanation.
