Manor Farm Cottage is an end-terrace cottage five minutes' walk from the amenities of Swaffham in Norfolk. The cottage has a double and a twin room, along with a sleeping area on the landing containing a single bed and additional stacker bed. There is a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a dining room with electric fire, and a sitting room with electric fire and double sofa bed, meaning this cottage can accommodate up to seven people. Outside, there is garage parking for one car with another off road parking space provided too, as well as shared use of the lawned garden and the cottage has its own gravelled area with furniture. Manor Farm Cottage is within easy touring distance of the coast or Broads, as well as NT properties, nature reserves, and the city of Norwich.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
We stayed for 5 nights in this lovely cosy & clean cottage. It is an ideal location if you enjoy walking & want to experience the beautiful Norfolk coast. We visited Oxburgh Hall & Brandon Country which are great for exploring with the kids. Our son enjoyed the karting near Swaffham & we also visited a couple of stops along the coast. Rosemary the owner is very helpful & nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to stay again & will recommend to all our friends & family.
Lovely cottage. Really well appointed and very comfortable. Beds were fantastic. The owners was very welcoming and this along with the quality of the accommodation made this a really great place to stay. Manor Farm Cottage has every facility you could ever ask for really and the garden at the back is spacious so as we had the dog with us this was great. There was also a large common nearby and a few country paths that were also good for walking the dog.
Fantastic base for us to explore what Norfolk has to offer. We would not hesitate to book this cottage again.

The property was right in the town centre (Swaffham). Therefore, close to all shops and the local market. The property owners are a lovely couple and it shows that they spend time maintaining the property.
The cottage was so comfortable with attention to detail and every consideration from the owners, who were at the end of a phone if we needed them. No hesitation to return and to recommend it to friends.
A beautiful cottage just on the edge of Swaffham town centre. Swaffham is a very pleasant location. There was an enclosed field opposite the cottage which was perfect for dog walking.
We had a lovely time. The cottage is beautiful and well-kept and a lovely place to spend your holidays. Everything you might need is there in appliances and everything else. The house just radiates the loving care and touch of the owners. Around are some very nice things to do. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed every day of it. The children already want to return there next year.
We love the cottage as it is very homely and could live their permanently with no problem! The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The town centre is within walking distance of the cottage and it's in an ideal position to drive to Cromer, Hunstanton etc. We are going back again in September which will be our fourth visit in just over a year - I think that says it all.
The cottage was very cosy, but spacious enough. The setting was lovely and owners were very accommodating. The location worked perfectly for our needs. The town was pleasant and we had a lovely meal in Nico's Restaurant. I would definitely recommend the property.

Location was right in the heart of Swaffham. Separate lounge, dining room and kitchen. Dog friendly and plenty of places to walk. Very clean. Spacious, well appointed and furnished to a very high standard. Really good central heating which we could control so we were nice and warm especially as we were there in December. An additional toilet on the ground floor. Off road parking for more than one vehicle. We will be staying there again!
In addition to the fantastic cottage, the area on Norfolk that we visited was most interesting, and very scenic.

Our stay at Manor Farm Cottage was fantastic. The rooms were decorated lovely, the beds were extremely comfy with high quality duvets and bedding, we all slept very well. The kitchen was equipped to our every need, full of crockery, pots pans and serving plates. The living room was cosy and welcoming, great room to cosy up in and watch a film. Upon arrival we found basic supplies to get us going, and a lovely bottle of wine. Overall we had a great break at this cottage and would recommend to anyone.
