Peaceful location with wonderful views over the surrounding area. Although quiet, it was not far to the main roads for Newquay and other local amenities were easy to travel to. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped with friendly owners who were nearby for information. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The cottage was the most peaceful tranquil place. It was a well equipped home from home. We had a wonderful week and would definitely go again.

Beautiful peaceful surroundings, being situated not far from the main town with a rural farming aspect. Warm, cosy, comfortable and modern property.

Everything was excellent. Probably the best holiday cottage we've ever stayed in. All looked like it was brand new - although we now know it was completed a few years ago. People were very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is surrounded by countryside, with beautiful views and is lovely and quiet.

It was a stunning location and a very beautiful conversion. The old beams were magnificent and the information pack told us a lot about the process of the conversion. It was warm, comfortable and everything one could ask. Thank you hugely.

A lovely peaceful location in a pretty cottage which felt snug during a a storm and airy when it was warm. The location is perfect for getting out and about around Cornwall and there is plenty of room to leave your car outside the door for unloading. The owners were welcoming and available if required but left you alone to enjoy your break in peace. The cottage is very well equipped and nicely decorated and of adequate size.

A beautiful cottage in the middle of nowhere and very well converted from the original farm building. Very peaceful and great for 4 adults as we were. The owners left us alone but if we had needed anything they were there.

The accommodation was fantastic, it was like a home from home. Plenty of information about the local area available. Well equipped facilities, ranging from a BBQ to a slow cooker.

A lovely break in a pleasant property, with great owners who help with lots of local knowledge. Using the Sykes online pages made booking so easy.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The accommodation was fantastic and high standards maintained throughout. The fine bottle of red wine provided by the owners was also a welcomed gift. Every need was accommodated for which made our stay so wonderful. Our only regret was having to leave. We'll definitely return and recommend to friends. A huge thank you!

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday; a lovely, quiet beautiful spot to unwind and chat - very comfortable and lots of sleep. Well placed to explore Cornwall and we had an expedition every day.

The location and views from the property were absolutely idyllic and beautiful. The property itself was also just as nice and it was a dream to stay in. The owners welcome was lovely and we were completely left alone to enjoy our stay and time there.

Ideal base for visiting Cornish coast. Very comfortable, clean and peaceful accommodation. 2 and a half miles to the local shop and excellent food at the Pheasant pub, Newlyn East.

The cottage was situated in a beautiful part of the country and it was well situated for travelling in most directions. The views and the location was first class. I would return to this property every time we travel to Cornwall.
